What is a Team?

A team is a group of at least 10 individuals committed to having FUN and raising funds for My Sister’s House. A team can be comprised of individuals representing a company, school, family, or any other group.

To Find an Existing Team

To Form a Team

  1. Create an account on Race Roster.
  2. Register yourself as a participant.
  3. Email us at runforasafehaven@my-sisters-house.org and let us know that you would like to create a team. Include your name and the name of your team.
  4. When your team is created, a fundraising page will be created. This is a way for Race Roster to communicate directly with Team Captains and members to fundraise on your team’s behalf.
  5. Spread the word to friends and family so they may join your team!
  6. Others can join your team after the initial members have registered.

To Join an Existing Team:

  1. Create an account on Race Roster.
  2. Register yourself as a participant.
  3. During the registration process, click “Join a Team.”
  4. Select “Team Name” from the dropdown menu.
  5. Complete registration process!

How do I Join a Team if I’m Already Registered?

  1. Sign in to your Race Roster Participant Dashboard.
  2. If you have multiple registrations associated with your account, scroll down to find the registration you want to update.
  3. Click the “Add Team” button under the Team section.
  4. Select a team from the dropdown menu.
  5. Click “Next Step” to complete!
