When should I register?

As soon as you can – registration is open now! On the registration page, you can:

  • Register yourself, others, and pets
  • Join a team
  • Donate to your favorite team or runner
  • Gift a registration to a survivor of domestic violence, sexual assault, or human trafficking

Are pets allowed?

Pet registrations are available as an add-on item during registration for $7.50 per pet. All proceeds go to My Sister’s House!

How do I find out if my registration went through?

You can confirm your registration on Race Roster by searching for your name or email address. You can also email runforasafehaven@my-sisters-house.org.

Do I need my registration receipt to pick up my shirt and bib?

No, but it will make things easier!

When and where is packet pickup?

Please note the packet pickup location has changed!

You may also pick up your packet the morning of the run, at the event.

Can I pick up race packets for other people?

Yes, you can pick up for other people if you have their registration information.

What payment methods will be accepted?

  • Online – credit card only
  • Mail-in – check
  • Packet pick-up – cash, credit card, or check

Can I get a refund?

There are no refunds.

How can I fundraise?

You can fundraise with your personal page! Friends and family can donate on your page and the amount raised will be attributed to you.

Checks can be made payable to “My Sister’s House.” Please mail checks with your pledge form so they reach our office by Friday, October 27, 2023 if you’d like them to be counted as part of the competition for the biggest fundraiser.

Can I volunteer at the race?

Yes, we are seeking volunteers who are interested in supporting our event! Please email Anyk at runforasafehaven@my-sisters-house.org to learn how to get involved.

Are there team discounts?

Yes! If you are on a team that has 10 or more members, the individual price is reduced to $40.

Can I register the day of the race?

Yes, but we encourage you to register early and online.

What is the minimum age to participate?

This is an event for all ages.

How do I upload and/or view my results?

Click here for instructions on how to upload your results. Results from the 2022 race can be found here.

Can I walk the course?

Yes, for both in-person and virtual participants. If you are virtual, you can even design your own course. Walk, run, bike, roller skate—you decide!

How can I enter a contest?

For the top runners: Upload your time to the Run for a Safe Haven Results page.

For the costume contest: Just show up in your costume! We will vote and announce the winners at the event.
